Mamardashvili makes the EA Sports FC25 Team Of The Week
The goalkeeper averages an 89.
Valencia CF goalkeeper, Giorgi Mamardashvili, has been selected in the Team Of The Week after his great perfomance against Real Madrid CF.
The Tbilisi-born goalkeeper delivered a stellar performance against the Madrid side. He helped the team with 8 saves, including a standout penalty stop against Vinícius Jr. and a brilliant save from Fede Valverde’s shot inside the box.
Additionally, he was voted Best Footballer in the Country by Georgian newspaper Sarbieli thanks to his outstanding performances during the 2023–24 season, and he finished seventh in the race for the Yashin Trophy at the Ballon d’Or gala.
